Your body is the one car you’ll ever own.
Akihiro asks you to imagine owning one car, knowing you can never have another. You’d take care of it and drive with care. Your heart and body are the same: the vehicle you’ll rely on for life.
Injury and mental strain wore Akihiro down as a student, and the wish to understand that body led into this work. The path wandered, but a fragile body is what led to today’s delicate touch.
The name comes from “move”: giving movement to the joints, building a body that moves more freely, and moving the heart.
The greatest joy these days is cheering on a small son at judo, who fights with everything, win or lose.

“See the trees, and see the forest too. It’s actually the shortcut.”
“I try to give the session I’d want to receive, and want to come back for.”
“Your heart and your body are your greatest assets.”
