It began with a back that wouldn’t get better.
In junior high school, Takuro had back pain and went from one practitioner to another. Nothing helped. That worried teenager is still the reason for the work.
More than 20 years on, the aim isn’t a quick fix. It’s helping the body find its way back to its own natural state, by listening to it and supporting the change it’s trying to make.
The salon sits a little way off a main road. The light is soft, the music is gentle, and sessions are by appointment only, so you can take your time without anyone around.
On days off, Takuro’s small pleasure is a drink and a charcoal barbecue in the garden. The salon aims for that same feeling of ease.

“A place to spend time with your own body.”
“While you’re here, let your breathing slow down and listen to your body.”
“Seitai can be the moment you start taking care of yourself.”
